it depends on if the paint is latex or oil. not many people paint with oil anymore so it is probably a latex paint. there are 2 products you could use. either “goof off” or “oops”. any store that sells paint sells these products. you might want to try an area of the chair that is hidden, like underneath it. put the oops or goof off on a clean cloth and lightly blot the paint stains. this should take the paint off for you.
