‘Phone an upholsterer and ask; or just call in to a shop selling fabrics & get them to quote you. It’s better than a guess, since chairs can vary enormously in size & shape.

Measure all aspects of the chair: seat, sides, back, inside and out. Take a picture, and go to a fabric store. The clerks there will give you a really close estimate. It’s going to vary with the fabric, so get a professional estimate.
