Then how many volts and amps does the electric chair use and what is the minimum power requirement that would fry the prisoner. The height setting doesn’t hold. It’s a standard hydraulic height controlled swivel office chair with 5 wheels. I bought five 1-inch hose clamps from the auto parts store. I put all five clamps on the chair so they basically cover up the extended bright silver metal post that the chair sits on, this keeps it from retracting or squatting down. I did this about six months ago and it’s still holding perfectly.
