These are outdoor chairs, like director chairs, so I can*t take the canvas off and make new ones. The canvas is very sturdy, but got black mildew all over from getting wet and standing on a back porch. Would spray paint work, (after removing the mildew of course)

i used some solvent one other time and i have a project to clean chairs in a resturant that have not been cleaned in years. i also need to do the tables,which aren’t as bad.

i’ve tried murphy’s soap, degreaser, and misc products to no avail and i need something to get it done easily as i have 200 to do.

This has happened with both chairs I have owned. They rocked fine when I bought them but suddenly while rocking they will seize up and I cannot move it. Do you know why this is happening, and how to fix it? Thanks.
